Refund and Returns Policy

Everista's Refund Policy

 

Before you are eligible for a refund you will need to contact us at (435) 414-1966 to see if we can resolve the issue and to facilitate your return

We will not refund Custom orders.

There are a few exemptions on refunds. If your order is a custom order we will not offer an exchange or a refund unless you ask for a cancellation before we have created the item. Customizations like the viking sail or the picture on picture urn are not considered custom orders, but a fee of $15.00 dollars will be deducted from the return amount for those custom made items.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

We will refund your order if it is returned in its original packaging and unused and undamaged. Please see “Shipping Returns” below for additional requirements.

Exchanges

If the item you receive is not the item you ordered or it is defective or damaged we will gladly exchange it free of charge, and pay for the return shipping if necessary. If your item was damaged in shipping we will replace the item at no cost to you. We insure all of our shipments. For items damaged in shipping we will need pictures of the box and the damaged item, so that we can make an insurance claim.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should call us for the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning items, use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
