Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We use a flat-rate shipping policy and ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipper we used is based on cost and expected delivery time. Our default shipper is UPS.
We have divided the Continental U.S. into three regions-
West Coast (Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas Utah, Washington, Wyoming)
Mid-United States (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Wisconsin)
Eastern U.S. (Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia)

Shipping to the West Coast is Free. Shipping to the Mid-U.S. is $40.00. Shipping to the Eastern U.S. is $50.00.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. Since our default shipping is UPS we do not ship to P.O. boxes unless USPS shipping is requested. We will ship USPS at the actual shipping cost.

International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We will be happy to calculate these and the actual shipping cost before you place an order on our website.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
